Certified Neighborhood Specialist (CNS)is a real estate professional that has been certified by the Council of Neighborhood Specialists as an expert in a particular neighborhood.Those professionals bearing the CNS designation have proven their knowledge of a particular neighborhood.Most agents have a broad knowledge of a geographical area but a CNS specializes in just a few neighborhoods. Although some agents in the industry may print ?Neighborhood Expert on a business card, in reality they dont really have any evidence of special knowledge to back up this claim.The purpose of the CNS is to educate and empower the agent to have that intimate knowledge or the ability to research the specifics of a neighborhood.

Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in todays market they are critical. Georgia Chapter is made up of veterans and other determined men and women who are passionate and motivated to support the mission of USACARES To provide financial and advocacy assistance to post-9/11 active duty U.S. military service personnel, veterans and their families.

Our Chapter is focused around three essential elements Building, Collaborating and Servicing.

The state of Georgia is comprised of 14 military installations, 1 Coast Guard installation, and has close to 800,000 veterans that reside in Georgia. In times of life challenges and unexpected financial circumstances, we want to show our military members and veterans that there is a local organization that is military focus readily available for them during their time of financial need.
